The GW2600 is a 6U CompactPCI Socket 7 Single Board Computer (SBC) which supports AMD K6-2 and K6-III processors with speeds up to 400 MHz. The GW2600 contains 512 Kbytes of L2 cache, supports up to 128 Mbytes of DRAM and up to 32 Mbytes of SanDisk IDE flash. Additional board features include dual 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet channels and a dual Cardbus/PCMCIA interface. The GW2600 also supports a full set of standard PC peripherals such as IDE, floppy, USB, two serial ports, parallel port and keyboard controller. Other industrial features include serial port console redirection, two user-programmable LED's, battery backed real-time clock and a watchdog timer. The GW2600 is a full-featured 6U CompactPCI CPU with keyboard, mouse, COM1, COM2 and push button abort/reset switches available on the frontplate. Other standard PC I/O is available on the J3, J4 and J5 CompactPCI connectors. An optional mezzanine adapter allows a standard 2.5" IDE hard disk to be mounted to the board. The GW2600 is the ideal SBC for high performance telecom and datacom embedded applications.
